- In third place is our favourite, theSynmar Remus 5W30
Synmar Remus 5W-30 is a fully synthetic mid SAPS engine oil that offers extremely good protection against wear and corrosion and is highly suitable for the newest generation of passenger cars fitted with a particulate filter and/or catalytic converter.
The Synmar Remus 5W-30 is a universal synthetic engine oil suitable for petrol and diesel engines, both with and without turbo. Moreover, this lubricant is also excellently suited for pump injector diesel engines in passenger cars.
Because this engine oil meets the requirements of various car manufacturers such as BMW, General Motors and Mercedes Benz, it has a broad range of application and is therefore also our favourite! As far as we are concerned, a well-deserved number 3.
- Number two is theSynmar Acario 15W-40
The Synmar Acario 15W-40 is a high-quality mineral multigrade engine oil. Specially developed for mixed fleets and applicable for petrol and diesel engines, with or without turbo, for the toughest operating conditions in all seasons.
Synmar’s Acario 15W-40 is highly suitable for long drain intervals and for the use of diesel fuels with a relatively high sulphur content, which makes this engine oil eminently suitable for trucks.
In addition, for this engine oil we use a high-quality formula that has OEM approval from Volvo (VDS-3), Mack (EO-N) and Renault (VI RLD-2).
This makes our Acario 15W-40 a well-deserved number two in our top 3 engine oils.
- In first place is theSynmar Livius 5W-30
A fully synthetic mid SAPS engine oil that is particularly suitable for petrol and diesel vehicles from the VAG group.
The Synmar Livius 5W-30 is a universal, fuel-saving, specially formulated engine oil. Suitable for petrol and diesel engines (with and without turbo), in passenger cars and vans where extended drain intervals are possible. This engine oil also helps extend the life of three-way catalytic converters and particulate filters, thanks to its low SAPS content.
Due to its specific composition, the Livius 5W-30 can excellently be used where the VW 504.000 – 507.000 standard is prescribed, in practice also referred to as VW Longlife II.
Thanks to both its excellent properties and our competitive price, the Livius 5W-30 is a real favourite and therefore our best-selling engine oil!
