Hydraulic oil is the most important aspect of hydraulic systems. Hydraulic systems use fluid, in this case hydraulic oil, to transmit force, generate pressure and control mechanical movements.

Hydraulic systems require specific oil tailored to their unique needs. Several types of hydraulic oil are available, such as mineral oil or synthetic oil.

NUMA V46

Synmar Numa V46 is a high-quality multigrade EP hydraulic oil based on specially selected solvent-refined base oils, to which additives have been added to achieve the following properties:

• a high and stable viscosity index
• excellent anti-wear properties
• very good anti-corrosion performance
• very good oxidation stability
• very good demulsifying capacity
• very good anti-foam and air release properties
• neutral towards plastic seals
• low pour point

Application

This hydraulic oil is excellently suited to heavily loaded hydraulic systems in earthmoving machinery and fixed installations that need to operate under high pressures and across a wide temperature range. This oil must not be used in systems containing silver-plated components. For such applications, our advice is to use Synmar Numa 46 AZ.

Synmar Numa V46 is available in 5, 20, 60 and 210 litre.
